Laminin 521 蛋白, Human (HEK293)

Laminin 521 Protein is a subtype of the laminin family and an important component of the extracellular matrix (ECM). Laminin 521 Protein is often used as a substrate component for stem cell culture and can maintain the self-renewal capacity of embryonic stem cells and induced pluripotent stem cells. Laminin 521 Protein plays a key role in cell adhesion, migration, differentiation, and the development and homeostasis maintenance of tissues and organs. Laminin 521 Protein, Human (HEK293) is a recombinant Laminin 521 Protein expressed in HEK293 cells^[1][2][3].

Laminin 521 蛋白是一种由 α5 链、 β2 链和 γ1 链组成的异源三聚体糖蛋白。Laminin 521 蛋白通过与细胞表面受体结合介导细胞黏附，并激活细胞内信号通路调控细胞存活、增殖与分化。Laminin 521 蛋白在胚胎发育中参与基底膜组装，支持皮肤、肌肉等组织器官的形成，并在成年组织中维持骨骼肌、心肌等的结构稳态。Laminin 521 蛋白还可促进干细胞黏附与分化，参与损伤修复过程^[1][2][3]。

Laminin 521 蛋白 (10 μg/mL; 24-48 h) 在 DLD-1 和 CPP19 结直肠癌细胞可提高细胞自我更新频率，以及 STAT3 磷酸化水平^[1]。
Laminin 521 蛋白 (Human; 10 μg/mL; 8 days) 在新鲜分离的小鼠卫星细胞中可维持细胞的增殖能力和分化潜能^[2]。
